When you use FundedQuest, we collect: account information (email, password hash, display name, optional bio/country/ avatar); activity data (offer completions, point transactions, redemption requests, giveaway entries); technical data (IP address, recorded at sign-up, sign-in, giveaway entry, and redemption request, for fraud prevention, offerwall postback verification, and to detect coordinated referral abuse); and any information you voluntarily provide in your profile.
3. How we use it
We use your data to: operate your account and points balance; process redemptions and giveaway entries; verify offer completions with third-party offerwall providers; prevent fraud and abuse, including holding a referral bonus for manual review when a referrer and referred account share signals like an IP address; communicate with you about your account (e.g. redemption status updates); and improve the service.
4. Third parties we share data with
Offerwall providers (e.g. AdGate Media, OfferToro) receive a user identifier tied to offers you choose to complete, so they can report completions back to us. We do not share your email or display name with them.

5. Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting us; some transaction records (points ledger entries) may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for financial recordkeeping even after account deletion.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. Some data (such as an immutable points ledger needed for financial auditability) may be retained even after a deletion request where legally permissible, in anonymized form where feasible.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted internal access to sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. For understanding site traffic we use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other sites — so no consent banner is required. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on FundedQuest itself (offerwall providers may use their own cookies once you leave our site to complete an offer, governed by their own policies).

FundedQuest is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
