Privacy Policy

The data controller is FundedQuest LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a principal address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States("FundedQuest," "we," "us," or "our").

Depending on how you use FundedQuest, we may process:

• Account data — email, password hash (or Google account identifiers via OAuth), display name, bio, country, avatar image, referral code, leaderboard visibility preference, Terms acceptance time, and marketing email consent status.
• Payout identity — legal full name, date of birth, and residential address, when required before redemptions or cashouts; plus internal review notes by staff.
• Activity and ledger — offer completions, Point transactions, cashback claims and proofs (including screenshots), redemptions, giveaway entries, and related status history.
• Security and fraud signals — IP address, approximate timing, user agent, and a device fingerprint derived in your browser (for example from browser and device attributes). Logged around signup, login, giveaway entry, and redemptions, and used to detect multi-accounting and coordinated referral abuse.
• Discord — Discord user id and username when you link Discord; ticket channel content that may be saved as a support transcript when a ticket closes.
• Crypto payouts — wallet address, network, fee and net amounts, quoted USDC, and transaction hash when provided.
• Waitlist — email address (and technical request data such as IP for rate limiting and bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Cookies and similar — session/auth cookies; referral tracking cookie; short-lived auth consent and Discord OAuth state cookies as needed to operate login and invites.

We use personal data to:

• Create and secure accounts, including Google OAuth and Discord linking
• Operate the Points ledger, bonuses, cashback verification, redemptions, and giveaways
• Verify offerwall completions and partner claims
• Prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, and Terms violations (including account locks and referral holds)
• Fulfill challenge and USDC payouts and communicate about their status
• Provide support and retain ticket transcripts for your and our records
• Send marketing emails and product updates (required at account creation; you may unsubscribe anytime)
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety
• Understand aggregate traffic with privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible)

If you are in a region that requires a legal basis (for example the EEA/UK), we typically rely on: performance of our contract with you (account and redemptions); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, non-intrusive analytics); consent (marketing communications agreed at signup — withdrawable anytime; certain cookies where required); and legal obligation where we must retain or disclose records.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with:

• Infrastructure — Supabase (authentication, database, file storage for avatars and claim proofs); Cloudflare (hosting/edge and Turnstile on the waitlist).
• Google— if you choose Google sign-in (OAuth). See Google's policies for how Google processes your Google account data.
• Discord — if you link Discord or open support tickets in our Discord server.
• Offerwall providers (for example AdGate Media, OfferToro) — a user identifier needed to attribute completions; not your email or display name from us.
• Prop firms — we do not send your FundedQuest profile to firms by default; when you redeem a challenge or use a partner link you interact with the firm under their own terms and privacy policy.
• Analytics — Plausible (privacy-oriented, no advertising cookies).
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law or to protect rights.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate referral tracking, OAuth state, and short-lived consent handoff for Google sign-in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on FundedQuest itself. Offerwall or partner sites you visit may set their own cookies under their policies.

Site analytics via Plausible are configured to avoid personal tracking cookies. Bot protection on the waitlist uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

We keep account and ledger data while your account is active and as needed afterward for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Support transcripts, claim proofs, IP/device events, and payout identity may be kept for similar periods.

After account deletion requests, some ledger or security records may remain in anonymized or minimized form where we need an auditable history of Points, payouts, or abuse.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent (for example marketing). Contact privacy@fundedquest.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some requests can be limited where we must retain data for legal or fraud reasons.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information as commonly understood; if that changes we will update this policy.

We operate primarily from the United States. If you access FundedQuest from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers run. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

FundedQuest is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We use HTTPS, access-controlled databases, and least-privilege practices for staff tools. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use a strong unique password and protect your devices.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted in-product or by email where appropriate.
