1. Who we are
FundedQuest ("we," "us," "our") is operated by FundedQuest LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a principal address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We operate a rewards platform where users complete offers, apply affiliate codes, and enter giveaways to earn points ("Points"), which may be redeemed for prop trading firm challenge accounts, cryptocurrency payouts, or giveaway entries.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions related to sweepstakes, giveaways, or cryptocurrency in your location.
3. Points are not currency
Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash directly. Points may only be redeemed for the specific rewards offered within FundedQuest (challenge redemptions, crypto payouts at listed rates, or giveaway entries) and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change point values, redemption costs, and available rewards at any time.
4. Offers and third-party providers
Completing offers through our offerwall integrations connects you with third-party advertisers and offer providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or fulfillment of third-party offers. Point crediting depends on offer providers correctly reporting completions to us; we are not liable for delays or non-crediting caused by a third-party provider's reporting.
5. Affiliate codes and prop firm redemptions
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop trading firm referenced on this platform unless explicitly stated. We may receive commissions from partner firms when you sign up using our affiliate codes. A challenge redemption grants you an account or entry with a third-party prop firm; the terms, rules, and payout conditions of that account are governed entirely by the third-party firm, not by us. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Passing a challenge does not guarantee funding, and funding does not guarantee profit.
6. Giveaways
Giveaway entries are point-based, not cash purchases, and are void where prohibited by law. Winners are selected at random from valid entrants once a giveaway closes. We reserve the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not: create multiple accounts to farm points or referral bonuses; use bots, VPNs, or automated tools to falsify offer completions; attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or manipulate our points system; use abusive, impersonating, or infringing display names; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of Points, and forfeiture of pending redemptions. Referral bonuses that show signs of self-referral or coordinated abuse (for example, a referrer and referred account sharing account activity) may be held for manual review before payout, or reversed if abuse is confirmed.
8. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or Terms violations. Points in a terminated account are forfeited unless we determine otherwise.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to trading activity, third-party offer providers, or cryptocurrency price volatility between redemption request and fulfillment.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
