Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FundedQuest LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company("FundedQuest," "we," "us," or "our"), with a principal address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

FundedQuest is a rewards platform. Users may earn points by completing offers, verifying partner cashback, and participating in promotions, and may redeem points for prop trading challenge accounts, USDC payouts, or giveaway entries, subject to these Terms and availability.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws, including rules on sweepstakes, giveaways, cryptocurrency, and online rewards.

When you register, you confirm you are not using FundedQuest to circumvent prop firm eligibility, geographic, or identity rules. We may refuse service, withhold rewards, or close accounts where we reasonably believe that confirmation is false.

You may sign up with email and password or Google OAuth. You may optionally link a Discord account for community features, roles, and support tickets. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

One person may maintain only one FundedQuest account unless we expressly allow otherwise. Multi-accounting to farm points, bonuses, cashback, or giveaways is prohibited.

Creating an account requires agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and receiving marketing emails and product updates from FundedQuest. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We may still send transactional messages (security, redemptions, support, material Terms changes).

Points are promotional credits on our internal ledger. They are not money, bank deposits, securities, or stored-value instruments. Unless we state otherwise for a specific payout product (for example USDC cashouts at published rates), Points have no cash value, are not for sale, and cannot be transferred between users.

For display we generally treat $1 = 1,000 Points. We may change conversion rates, reward costs, bonus rules, and available products. Points may be held, reversed, or cancelled for fraud, chargebacks, provider clawbacks, errors, or Terms violations.

New accounts may receive a welcome bonus credited as a held balance (currently $2 / 2,000 Points). Held Points are not spendable until unlock conditions are met.

If you invite someone with your referral code and they create an account linked to you, you may earn a referral bonus (currently $2 / 2,000 Points) once that person reaches the qualifying earnings gate (currently $10 / 10,000 Points of offerwall completions and/or verified partner cashback). Shared IP addresses, device signals, or other abuse indicators may send the bonus to manual review, hold, or denial.

We may change bonus amounts and gates, and reverse bonuses obtained through self-referral, multi-accounting, or other abuse.

Offerwalls connect you to third-party advertisers. Their offers, tracking, and payouts are controlled by those providers. We credit Points when a provider reports a valid completion. We are not liable for delayed, missing, or reversed credits caused by provider reporting, user error, or provider policy.

FundedQuest is an independent platform. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any prop trading firm listed on the site. We may earn commissions when you use our partner links or codes.

Partner cashback (if offered) is a percentage of verified spend, converted to Points after you submit a claim with purchase details and proof (for example order references and screenshots) and we approve it. We may reject or reduce claims that are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, or outside a firm's program rules. Screenshots and claim materials may be retained for verification and fraud review.

Trading and prop firm challenges involve substantial risk of loss. Challenge rules, payouts, and funding decisions belong solely to the third-party firm. Passing a challenge does not guarantee funding or profit.

Redeeming Points for a funded challenge purchases or allocates a third-party challenge product according to the listing at the time of redemption. Delivery, KYC, and trading rules are between you and the firm. Promo pricing may expire. We may require completed payout identity information before fulfilling redemptions.

Where available, you may redeem Points for USDC on supported networks (for example Base, Ethereum, or Solana). Current parameters include a minimum gross cashout (for example $15) and a platform fee (for example 20%). Quoted USDC and network selection are confirmed at submit; blockchain transfers are irreversible; network fees and timing are outside our control.

You must provide a correct wallet address and network. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, or smart-contract wallet you cannot control. Crypto values can change between request and fulfillment.

Before certain redemptions or cashouts, you must provide legal name, date of birth, and residential address. We use this to meet operational, fraud, and compliance needs. Providing false identity information is grounds for denial of payouts and account action.

Giveaways may require spending Points for tickets. They are void where prohibited. Winners are selected from valid entries according to the giveaway rules. By entering, you agree that if you win we may display your display name and profile picture publicly (including on Discord announcements). We may disqualify entries tied to fraud, multi-accounting, or shared-device abuse, generally without refunding ticket Points.

We monitor for abuse using technical and account signals, including:

• IP addresses and user agents logged at key actions (signup, login, giveaway entry, redemptions)
• Device fingerprints generated in your browser for fraud review
• Referral and claim patterns, shared-device / shared-IP links, and ledger anomalies

We may place an account lock that blocks spending (redemptions, giveaways, claims) while investigation continues. Offer or other credits may still accrue but remain held. We may forfeit Points, cancel pending redemptions, deny referral or cashback bonuses, and permanently close accounts for confirmed abuse.

Support may run through Discord ticket channels and/or in-app views. When a ticket closes, we may store a transcript of the channel (including messages and metadata) in your account records so you and our staff can review the conversation. Do not share passwords or unnecessary payment secrets in tickets.

You may not:

• Create or operate multiple accounts to farm Points, cashback, referrals, or giveaways
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to falsify offers, claims, or entries
• Misrepresent purchases, screenshots, identity, or wallet details
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform or ledger
• Harass users or staff, or use abusive or impersonating display names
• Use FundedQuest to evade prop firm, sanctions, or other legal restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, or to protect the platform. Points in a terminated account are forfeited unless we decide otherwise in writing. You may stop using the service at any time; deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular Point balances, offer availability, partner firm outcomes, or crypto transfer timing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedQuest LLC and its officers, members, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, third-party firm decisions, offerwall failures, or crypto volatility. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) or (b) the total platform fees you paid us for USDC cashouts in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
